Include entity characters in MathML equations

Adding a MathML equation that includes entity characters require decoding them using html_entity_decode before being added to documents:

$mathML = html_entity_decode('<math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mi>θ</mi><mo> </mo><mo>=</mo><mo> </mo><msup><mn>90</mn><mn>0</mn></msup></math>'); // a MathML equation
