What i want to recreate in word is like each box is like a text box that i can edit the each box like

Hello, Phpdocx doesn't allow to transform SVG to Word. Anyway, to work with form fields (such as textboxes or text inputs) you can use the method addFormElement: http://www.phpdocx.com/api-documentation/word-content/insert-form-element-Word-document-with-PHP Regards.
