In window browser access to the Linux interface does not react,Execute the following statement does not output 'tempOdt_58184d3b24261.odt'.

But in Linux access interface can be.

/data/src/openapi/public/trunk/library/phpdocx/classes/../lib/OdfConverter/64/OdfConverter /I /tmp/tempDocX_58184d3b1e615.docx /O /tmp/tempOdt_58184d3b24261.odt

Hello,

That files are OdfConverter for Linux. You can find the same files for Windows in lib/OdfConverter/Windows.

If you mean you're calling the transformation from a browser and it doesn't generate the DOCX, please check the steps explained on:

http://www.phpdocx.com/documentation/conversion-plugin/debugging-openoffice

the most common issue is that the .wapi folder is missing of rw access (3th item on this debugging page). Please check web server logs. This .wapi folder must exist and have rw access in the root folder of the web app (this is using the conversion plugin based on OpenOffice, the one based on LibreOffice uses a .config folder).

Anyway, we recommend you to use the conversion plugin based on LibreOffice to get the best output.

Regards.
