We have recently upgraded to Premium License, established new server, upgraded to version 8.5 etc.

Now we cant even create a doc using createAndDownload as per the sample pages on Phpdocx website.

Once created the document is a screen of garbage. No errors are being returned.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is it us, or Phpdocx?

Hello,

We recommend you to read the documentation available on https://www.phpdocx.com/documentation/cookbook/download-generated-docx, about generating and downloading files. Maybe your server is doing an output of the DOCX instead of download it, or you are using the stream mode wrongly.

Set streaming to false in config file. :)
