    Transform to html - get references

    Hi, 

    When using TransformDocAdvHTML, the output does not show/indicate/generate info of a reference. TransformDocAdvHTML inserts bookmarks through the transformW_BOOKMARKSTART function but if I have a reference to that bookmark, the reference is not included in the html. 

    Can this be done?
