    A4 on live us letter on stg

    We have two licenses, one for our stage server and one for the live server.

    I have compared the code and they are identical. But, the stage server outputs US Letter and the Live server A4 we are wanting US Letter.

    Any ideas on what is happening? Or how to fix it?
