    Addtemplatevariable with table leaving extra row

    Hello,
    I have created several forms that use the addTemplateVariable($array, 'table', array('header'=>true)) function. It is creating the table fine, but it always adds a blank row at the end of the table. Most of the time this isn't a huge problem, but some of my forms have to meet government standards, and the blank lines can cause problems.
