Docx to pdf conversion sometimes working and breaks script

Hi,

I am having trouble with converting docx files to pdf.

It only works sometimes with docx files (sometimes it works). Is there a bug in this? or is there anything I could force a change on the docx file to prevent this from happening.

Here is a good example of a file that will not convert to pdf: [url]http://www.bing.com/webmaster/content/developers/ADM_SCHEMA_GUIDE.docx[/url]

Any explanation would be great to as why this is happening?
