Hello, I'm generating a doc file.We're having an issue with black screen in MAC Os.Docx working fine for all other document viewer like Libra office,open office( for Linux),Microsoft office(windows),But having an issue with Microsoft( in MAC os). Please help me out Thanks

Hello, What version of Word for Mac are you using? Older versions of Word for Mac has problems working with DOCX document. Regards.

I apologies..Here are the version i am using. Word version is 14.4.5 of MS Word 2011. And Mac version is 10.9.5.

Hello, The problem is that MS Word for Mac doesn't read well the background added in the trial version as watermark. The PRO, Corporate and Enterprise licenses doesn't include this background and don't have that issue. Regards.
