Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.
When a < character is inserted with the addText or addTable function, the document crashed and it's imposible to open it. Is there a solution to this problem?

Please try escaping that character: '\<'.

The <character can not be used for xml there is also the character '&' which can not be used;
They must be replaced in the document by their respective codes ascii '<' and '&'
