Document properties when using base template

Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.

I am trying to use a Base Template, so that I can access document properties, header and footer, styles all in one hit.

Unfortunately when I use a Base Template it does not appear to be pulling in the properties that are in the template document. If I use addTemplate on the same document it does appear to pull them in, but this is too restrictive as I have a large amount of dynamic content to add to the document.

Please advise if I am missing something, or have messed something up.
