Hi,

The company I work for is porting our software to PHP from an older language.

Our old mail-merge software had variables in the format [[example]], but I see PHPDocX has them in the $Example$ format. Can I change this somehow?

It just saves all our customers the trouble of altering all their templates.

Thanks,

Alfred

Hello,

You can set a new symbol to sorround placeholders but this must be the same for start and end; i.e. $var$, |var|, %var%; but you can't set a symbol for the start and other for the end.

Of course you can contact us for a custom dev:
