    Hello,

    This code:

    $docx->addTemplateVariable($field2,$imagepath,’html’);

    allows you replace a placeholder using HTML code. You should use:

    $docx->addTemplateVariable($field2,$imagepath,’image’);

    that transform the image to MHT, or replaceTemplateVariableByHTML method using an img tag.
