Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.
That link is the demo to transform a document to PDF, DOC, ODT and HTML; not to change the ruler size. Of course you can change it using Word to create a new document and use it as a template to create new DOCX documents.
