Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.
Hello,
Please upgrade to LibreOffice 4.3 or newest; previous versions has very limited support for DOCX documents.
We recommend you to read this page:

After this upgrade please try again the transformation.
