Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.
Hello,
Maybe the transformation from DOC to DOCX is adding a blank space. We recommend you to check the DOCX internal XML content (it's a ZIP file) and check the content of the header before and after using the importHeadersAndFooters method.
It could be repaired with a simple script.
For further support please open a ticket from your MYPHPDOCX account with the document and we'll check it.
