Css rendered at the top of document

I have a problem with PhpDocx 7.0.

I use CreateDocxFromTemplate method and then replaceVariableByHTML. The HTML used has some CSS included and it's not rendered correctly and displayed at the document.

Also letters with accent are not rendered properly.

How can I make this right ?
