How can i add a table of contents to a specific point in a docx created by a template?

Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.

We encourage you to download the current phpdocx version and check the Documentation available.

Hello,

As the trial package only includes the Basic features, using phpdocx 8 you can generate the TOCs as a WordFragment and replace an existing placeholder in the template by the TOC using replaceVariableByWordFragment (https://www.phpdocx.com/api-documentation/templates/replace-variable-word-fragment-Word-document).

Although we recommend using DOCXPath (Advanced and Premium licenses).
