Unable to convert doc to html, docx to html works

Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.

We encourage you to download the current phpdocx version and check the Documentation available.

We recommend you to read the documentation available on https://www.phpdocx.com/documentation/conversion-plugin to understand how to install and use the conversion plugin available in Advacend and Premium licenses. On these documentation pages you can also find the steps to debug and test the conversion plugin.
