    Content getting changed into some special characters when trying to read file data.

    I have added some content  like this(’AÀSHISH’) in my doc file and when I try to read it using php I am getting this "Ñ‚ÐЩA├ÐSHISHÑ‚ÐЩ" and I  dont know how to convert it back to its original.

    Couldn't resolve it till now as I do not understand which charset is it and to which charset should I convert it to.

     

    any help is greatly appreciated.

    Here also a problem I added somethig else and it got converted into some other character. Some issue with this editor. I cannot even add a image of it.
