Second document from template replacevariablebytext fails

Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.
Yes, three templates have the same placeholder names but with different contents. We'd like to test the code you are running, please send it to contact[at]phpdocx.com attaching both templates too.
