You can set a text wrap value using textWrap. phpdocx_image (https://www.phpdocx.com/htmlapi-documentation/html-extended/insert-image-Word-document-with-HTML), tag available in HTML Extended, includes the following option to set textWrap:

data-textWrap

Text wrap:
0 (inline)
1 (square)
2 (front)
3 (back)
4 (top and bottom)
5 (clear)

You can use data-textWrap="3" to apply back to the image.
