Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.

We encourage you to download the current phpdocx version and check the Documentation available.

Hello,

We'd need to check the PEM file. Maybe the PEM file you are using doesn't include all needed information or you need to use SignPDFPlus added with the release of phpdocx 12:
