Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.

Please check the method:
public transformDocument (string $source, string $target [, string $tempDir [, array $options]])
The third parameter of the transformDocument is the tempdir, not the options array. Change it and try again.
