Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.

Then please post the file permissions using the Windows tool.
We recommend you to run the same script using the PHP CLI mode to check if the problem is with PHP or the web server.
