Permission denied running from windows 10 with wampp 3

Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.
Well guys, i disabled the AV protection for a test and voila. I have to figure out how to set it up to kep at least the *.inc files in the phpdocx6 folder, from being scanned.
